Pioneer Pride Marching Band & Colorguard

Mt Whitney High School Marching Band and Color guard is formed by the combination of advanced band members and color guard members. The marching band represents the school at football games, school rallies, and competes at a high level in field shows and parades. Marching Band is open to students who want to compete and travel, have fun, and are willing to work hard and play harder.

8:00AM—Arrive & Load @ Mt. Whitney

**Arrive in half uniform! (Band shirt, bibbers, Long black socks, marching shoes)

8:15AM—Depart for Central High School

9:30AM—Arrive @ Central HS @ unload for Parade

10:40AM—Report/ Step off Parade

11:45AM—Unload/Change @ trailers/buses

12:30PM—Lunch provided by amazing Boosters!

2:00PM—Jazz Band change

2:30PM—Jazz Band warmup

3:00PM—Jazz Band Perform

3:30PM—Jazz Band Finished

6:20PM—Band/Front standby

6:30PM—Field Show Competition


8:00PM—LOAD quickly & efficiently


9:30PM—Depart to Mt. Whitney

10:45PM—Arrive @ Mt. Whitney

***Events could fall behind schedule and are out of Mrs. Archuleta’s control. Students will be reminded to text or call parents/guardians to inform them of an updated arrival time of said events.
